I have the exact same colors as you and I'm sorry to say it but no other color looks better on us but BROWN. But, there are ways you can play it up...
The other day I went to Sephora and bought some really cool sparkly nutmeg eyeshadow and some blue sparkly eyeliner. It looks really good but you have to be careful with the eyeliner.
No other color looks GREAT on us...blue just makes our eyes look dainty and small, purple looks just bad and makes our eyelashes look bad and green just doesn't look good. Match your eyecolor and your make-up colors as you would if they were your clothes. If you were going out for a fun day at the mall with friends, would you go with a blue shirt (eyes) purple and blue pants (eyeshadow) and black shoes (eyeliner)? I wouldn't!
So, the best thing would be to get a tinted moisturizer and then dot your blemishes (only!) with concealer. Then put on that sparkly eyeliner, then the shimmery nutmeg eyeshadow. Then, top it off with some really pale (like almost your skin color) lipgloss. It is going to make your lips blend in, which will make your eyes POP. That will make you look like a movie starred as long as it is applied correctly. Just go with the tinted moisturizer, it is better for you in the long run and makes you look better then cakey foundation would!
Good Luck!

With tan skin, going neutral and darker is better... So I hate to say it, but: BROWN.
You could also you a black. Lighter colors tend to make tan skin look dirty. A deep maroon or wine red eyeshadow would be absolutely gorgeous!
There is a spray on foundation- and it does make the skin appear less "caked-on". A light powder (light as in density, not color) would be good, too.
