I've suffered a lot of loss, trauma, and tragedy. But there are some good people out there who will always listen. You just have to persist and always try to find them- as years go by, if you do this, you will. Or perhaps you will find your own way of expressing what you feel without another person there. And there are many ways. Artwork is one form, writing another, and dancing a third. Exercising is what most recommend, but only choose an activity that you truly enjoy.
There's a quote that goes "Live your circumstances. Love your lot." And that mindset refreshes my will to live...again. (and I'm not trying to be dramatic here, it really does! ^_^ lol I know it is a very simple saying) If you let it, I'm sure it will to you too. But only if you let it.
