No. They're are an aerosol suspension of either liquid water or solid ice in air.

No. They are a combination of solid(condensation nuclei like dust particle,ice crystals etc),gas(remaining water vapour) and water(minute water droplets obtained from condensed water vapour).So,all the three matters co-exist in clouds.

no they are water vapor, at various temperarures, looking like steam, to black whish is probably holding liquid water or snow
