Naturally using the Bradley method. I have had hunger pains before that were worse than labor. I have had four kids. The Bradley method uses total relaxation to prevent uterine cramps. My contractions felt nothing like cramps. It was just a dull aching, stretching feeling.

Both have their pros and cons. Neither is comfortable but either is worth it. I believe natural is always the best way especially when you consider the fact that a c-section is major surgery resulting in the loss of a lot more blood and requiring a lot more time to recuperate. The less "man made" intervention and/or addition to a baby's delivery, the better, for mommy, baby, and daddy too.
Health and happiness to all three of you!

"What is the most comfortable way to give birth?"
Drugged up.... He he he... Just kidding...
Seriously though, I have had 3 sections and all but the last was a wonderful experience. Sure there is pain but it was managed well. I only say the last one wasn't great b/c I had to move a week afterwords and I was full of stress so that effected my recovery.

I had two c sections one as an emergancy and the second one because of the first ... the healing time is insanely long.
I would say naturally would be more comfortable in the long run. However, sometimes it`s just not your call.

naturally with an epidural....I don't remember any pain, untill after they wear off and you can feel the pain of the stitches. but they will give you some pain relievers for that. I still have most of mine, I use them when I get a bad headache.
C-section takes longer to recover from. and you can't move much. not good when you have to take care of a baby. plus you might have a scar on your stomach!

c section is surgery, it is higher risk for mom and baby, it is way harder to recover from. anyone who answers CSECTION is a flat out moron. unles they are one of those women who have had them and feel insulted by women how pushed their babies out the natural way. i understand that sometimes it has to be done and i dont knock it, but to choose one, natural is better for everyone
