Intelligence and personality are such a plus. People love intelligent conversation it challenges them. Beauty comes from within. Being "really good looking is overrated"., sooner or later that becomes shallow and guys prefer substance over fluff.
Hang in there, your heart and your enthusiasm will shine through. Plus you'll meet some smart intelligent and maybe even really good looking guys!

No, that is what you use to attract anyone..what normal people are looking for is intelligence, personality, sense of humor, kindness, common interests...looks play a small role in attraction as time goes on. Do you think I am still attracted to my husband of 30 years because of his looks? He still looks fine, but if that was all he had, it would have been a dull and boring 30 years. :)

I can only answer that partially with another question. Is it really your intelligence and personality or an illusion? If it's things you really do know and are interested in, if you are being yourself, then what else can a girl use? The way a person sees us in public, put together, is not constant, it is in part an illusion. But our intelligence and personality aren't.

why would it be wrong? actually, if you use your looks alone, i don't think you'd get very far. guys see most girls out there as good looking, so the ones with the sexiest personalities usually end up winning. of course, guys will only go for girls who are ok looking, not ugly. but you're not at all ugly, you're kind of pretty, so your personality will definitely get you ahead.

of course not fault every beautiful feature you have inside and out. the more you've got going on the inside, the guy that gets together with you will like you even more than just someone with good looks. it makes for a more soild relationship
