You have three options:
1. Dowload Lime Wire and look for it there.
2. Look in Ares
OR 3. Google: Free Classical Music mp3 dowloads or Sibelius's Violin Concerto in D minor

Sibelius only has one violin concerto. Try iTunes. If you don't want to pay, try AltaVista's audio search, you can define the format.
