I always wanted to make car horns into like a ringtone, so everytime you honked it would play your favorite song lol..

Um, do you know that car horns are for safety, i.e. a car is about to back up into you, so you beep the horn to warn them 'hey stop, youre going to hit me'. so when you lay on the horn they put the brakes on saving your car... no one will brake with britney spears singing 'oops i did it again'
