If money and location were not issues, why would a man want to live with a woman he is not romantically involved with? Why would a man want to live with several women?

Knowing the dangers of living with a man, one is not romantically involved with why would a woman allow this? Again if money and location were not issues.

A man doesn't have to wait until midnight for his violent nature to come about especially if a person he is "friends" with rejects him romantically or pissed off.

Gay or straight a man is still a threat to a woman's safety

I think you are talking about a 'couple' whose members don't love each other any longer...
If that is the situation... mmm... I guess that it could have something to do with routines... something you are so used to that you don't dare to change...
People are afraid making decisions and changing (and they are afraid of changes too)... even when the things we are accustomed to are not the best, we prefer that instead of living whatever the other possibilities are...
That's what I think... hope it is clear... (not English native)

I can think of 2 reasons: 1. Girls in general are cleaner, and better house keepers, even if they didn't make the mess. 2. Women tend to move in groups, therefore if there is 1 woman there, sooner or later there will be more. There lays his chance for more romantic conquests. And on a side note, there are plenty of aggressive, violent women around that get upset if they don't get what they want. And to close with a male chauvinist note, woman very seldom know why they do something, so how is anyone else supposed to know?

Friendship perhaps?

And what are the dangers of living with a man one is not romantically involved with? Do we turn into serial killers with chainsaws after midnight or something?
