Do you mean what objects are 46.5 inches long?
Perhaps you could just get a tape measure and see what things are that long. Maybe the height of a small fridge? Or the width of a small car? Or maybe the height of an 8-year-old child?

If you take a yard stick and chop it off at the 46.5-inch mark, you'll have a pretty good idea of how large that distance is.
