Hello Brett,
The top two answers are correct, but I'd like to add some other things. How about running both Mac OS X, BSD Unix, and Windows? You can do that on a Mac, but you can't do it on a Windows PC.
Personally, I love the part about having a computer without any anti-virus software and never having a computer virus for six years and counting.

The answer is NOTHING.... The fact is you can do more with a PC than you can on a Mac.... like run Mac os/x on a pc.
Mac fools think things can be done better with a Mac. users also think they can't get viruses, Tut Tut
though some mac users where once PC users that never did learn the full power of their system, and never did learn how to use the PC. or the software,,,
Take no notice what a mac user tells you. take no notice what a windoz user tells you.. cause 99% don't know the power of the PC they only think they know something about windoz or os/x,

The answer to this question is really nothing. You can do almost everything you can do on a mac on a pc. Although, with a mac it is usually easier. If you are a gamer, macs are the worst. Most of the games on the market do not play on macs.

Relax, take it easy, and not worry about viruses, malware and spyware. The Macs are easier to use, have the best tech support and come with most of the software you need. The downside, if you are a game player, there are fewer games for Macs and various other software.

Make your own song using GarageBand, make it easier to work iTunes and iPhoto, edit movies on iMovie (WAY better than Windows Movie Maker), use iWeb to make a website, use artistic programs like Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe runs better/faster on Macs), and ComicLife, and organize a whole lot better.
Also, you dont have to worry about catching stupid viruses or weird "cryptic messages/errors".
