You should really try not to ever date a co-worker and dating the Boss is an especially bad idea. The reason for that is....is that if the relationship goes bad...you not only have to deal with that at home...now you have to deal with it at work too. Just all around not a good policy for YOU.

If you get fired for saying no, and are in good standing at work now, that's sexual harassment. It's never a good idea to date the boss. If something goes wrong in the relationship outside of work you lose!!

It's really not a very good idea. If it doesn't work out he could fire you anyway. He should really know better. How old is he? Do you want to date him?

If you don't want to, then you could tell him that you don't think it's a good idea to date coworkers and would rather not. Is there a higher up supervisor you could go to if he doesn't accept your response?

If you do want to date him, it is up to you but just know that if it doesn't work out, it could get very uncomfortable at work.

Oh no, thats a really bad thing to do, to mix business with pleasure. If you go, when he gets tired of you he can fire you anyway. If you are already afraid he'll fire you if you don't go, and you go with him, what are you going to do when he asks you for sex? Submit because he might fire you? Don't compromise yourself!

That's the whole point, you have to say no. Even if you say yes he can fire you. Give them an inch, and they'll take a mile.
If it relates to your job and your livelihood, it's sexual harassment.
