Is it acceptable to ban suspected pedophiles from being near children without convicting them first?

I vote YES! You can NEVER be too careful, these days...I saw that CNN program- with that pedophile who was wearing a huge black hat- and had his own website on where a pedophile could find cute *little girls* (the FBI shut it down, thank God. YES YES YES! Ban the hell out them!

I believe in protecting our children as much as anyone on the planet but you have to consider several factors. in U.S. innocent until proven guilty so we can't ban anyone. but in many other countries they are out of luck. Well, now you did say suspected so that leads me to believe that there would have been a prior situation to alert us of possible problem, in cases where the individual has prior problems with kids no matter how small the case YESSSSSSSSSS.BANNNNNNNNNN. for safetys sake because you wouldn't wait to set the alarm on your car after someone steals your radio right.

Yes it should be. They should atleast be closely watched.
They waste so much time belittling us, they fail to realise that we atleast are with consenting partners *grumble mumble mutter*

Mmmm, as bad as it sounds, I CAN"T agree with punishing someone before they are convicted. What if you were wrongly accused of something?
