3 is not correct. If you look closely at 4 and 3, you can tell that those should be the ones we compare because one of them has to be wrong. What are you is correct, and that makes what is you incorrect.

okay, that depends on what the situation is in the question.
1. you need to identify someone from a crowd or something of the like...
2. identifing a crime suspect, shows up in a lot of old mafia movies...
3. that's entirely not correct, it's "what are you?" my grammar skills are a little rusty, but i think that if you use present or future test or something, it's are, not is. as my general rule of thumb though,if it doesn't sound right, it probably isn't...
4. that's the only correct one....
