Go to the router/access point and check the wireless settings. Most routers use a default adress of 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.0. Just type that into your browser. The default password is usually "admin". You can ignore the account/user name.

The password for your Router? You may have to reset the thing. There is a little hole ,usually on the back that you can fit a paper clip into to hit the reset button. That will set it to the factory defaults and no password. Then you have to go through your setup again.
