Liberal Democrats have informed me that I must be nice when speaking with them . I guess that means they are all going to be nice in their posts too .
So here goes . . . . . . . Did You See The Zogby Poll From This Weekend That Shows Americans Have Given The Pelosi-Reid Congress A . . . . 3%. . . Approval Rating On Their Handling Of The War In Iraq ? . .. That Is Not A Typo Either . . . I separated it to make it clear . . . . . 3% Folks .
Does That Indicate Widespread Love And Support For The Democratic Party ?

I encourage all you Democrats to come back and answer the question after you click once or twice and read the poll for yourself . See that was nice.. . I 'encouraged' the Democrats . I also 'encourage those who need it , to remember the campaign promises of the newly elected Congressmen and Senators . They flat-out promised to end the war , and they promised knowing full-well Bush was President . Ya see , what I'm trying to show you is that they knew they wouldn't , yet they lied to get your vote !!!

Think about it with margin of error that could even be 0% that approves if the Democrats (not even their spouses and children). It shows why an article I read the other day on Townhall expressing how the Congress has interpreted the 2006 election in the wrong way and thought it meant they could go off the far left side on every issue. Now with another election shortly they will see the moderates will desert their party and the cultural/fiscal conservatives who sat out the last election pulling down the Republican vote total will return to the polling place.

You all know how "Dingy" Harry Reid was moaning and whining about how those "meanies", the Republicans were denying the "poor", "mistreated" minority Democrats their "rights" to have their say when he was the Minority Leader and was leading the obstruction of even the routine "Advice and Consent" (US Constitution, Article II, Sec. 2, cl. 2) on President Bush's judicial nominees? Well, note that *now* he is whining because of the "unfair" 60% majority needed to override a Presidential veto; even though that is the way it has been for a *very* long time! Hm-m, I guess "payback is a b*t*h", even if it has a very long history of precedence behind it!

This Question ids no doubt being brought to you by the Fox News/ Bush Administration.
1) First of all you are a liar. The numbers you quoted are wrong.
2) Remember The Repigs last session threatening the Nuclear option if the minority Dems didn't stop stonewalling? Now the shoes on the other foot isn't it?
3) Lastly check out the voting numbers in the Senate. One Dem is recovering from saa stroke. One Dem traitor , Lieberman must have a secret that the GOP knows about and votes with them. Remeber it requires a majority.
In closing don't blame the Dems for not being able to move anything thru an obstructionist minority.
Things , thankfully will get better after next year. Those of voting age here , certainly know the real game going on and they are sick of the party of a few screwing this country up.

It's neither. It's sad. It's expensive. And it's a small victory in the middle of a debacle that has gone on for over 5 years. And still no end in site. I feel sympathy for our soldiers. I feel the same for Iraqi civilians caught up in all of this. I feel synpathy for the American taxpayer that continues to fund this and run up Billions of dollars in debt. So far the only good thing to come from this war is Saddam's death. But wow, what a tremendous price we have paid, and all just to kill one man.

I'd give either party that has controlled congress over the last 7 years a 0% rating. By passing the Patriot Act, Real ID act, giving China most favored nation status. All of these things are traitorous acts against all Americans. I say drag them out and try them for treason.

You can't they will deny it and call you a Bush sheeple or whatever.
They will not accept any blame or acknowledge they have a problem.
It is all about bashing Bush.
I haven't read any responses yet and I will now see how close I am.
I am back and after review at least the majority of the liberal posts proved my point better than I could.

I don't know if this is going to answer your question, but 3% is pretty bad.
Regardless of the poll you could still add a 10% margin of error and that would be a whopping 13%!
Also, it does rate ALL of congress and the democrats have the majority and they are the ones who are controlling right now. Because of that, I can't really spare any blame and finger point at the Democrats. There are Republicans also that I think are just following the donkeys, so they deserve to get lumped into that 3%.
I wonder what their approval rating is for their investigations about the attorney general. What's their rating for healthcare? What's their rating for curbing government spending? What's their rating on protecting our borders?
Bring the bad news by simply asking them, "Did you see that poll that puts the Pelosi-Reid Congress approval rating at 3%

You were as gentle as possible, Earnest, but somehow I doubt that Democrats will take your information kindly. Just wait until the Liberals come back at you, explaining away their inadequacies. Nice job on the "easy-going", though. You should be handed a trophy for effort!

I think all of the polls which show how little confidence the American public has in congress and the president are accurate. How about we get rid of all the current members of congress along with the new president in Nov.08. Toss em all and start fresh. Do you think they would understand that we were tired of business as usual?

First off, you have nothing to back your story but a poll. When was the last time anybody put there trust in a poll now days. I for one am sick of the 1000 people survey plus minus 3 percent. Ya, like that says how we are all thinking.
Next, do you have a concept of how things work? Bill gets pasted, bill gets pasted, bill gets vetoed. Democrat party does not control enough seats in office to force a bill into law. If they get the seat in the white house, then yes all these bill they keep running threw office will get signed into law.
My question if you can answer it is why G Bush removed Scooter Libby's punishment. I don't know about you but this man was tried and convicted for crimes vs this country. Yet G Bush removed his conviction?
Please, go flame on another board because this web page is for question and answer. Not craphol polls questions
