Avoid bacon-- eat it only occasionally. It is very fatty and fats should be used sparingly.
Pasta is much healthier. Especially whole wheat pasta.
Protein is a very good start for the morning too (the egg). Don't eat it every day though. Eggs are good, but in moderation.
Cottage cheese is a good source of protein in the mornings too. It's also a source of dairy and most people don't eat enough dairy every day.

I'd say, bacon and eggs. They go better together than bacon and pasta.

1) Bacon and egg = high protein, low carbohydrate, high fat
2) Bacon and pasta = high carbohydrate, low protein, high fat
Depends what you're after. Full belly, 2), working breakfast 1)
As a sauce for the pasta, I'd use a butter and light sour cream mix softened with milk, some onion, mushroom, oregano, coriander, maybe thyme (all fresh), all the bacon finely chopped and added along with the fat you cooked it in. Yum!
