I yielded my seat to an elderly woman in the city bus.
She need the seat badly so I went towards the back.

I moved a shopping cart out of the way so a woman could park without getting out of her car... Has anyone here ever seen the movie "Pay It Forward"? good movie. Its about how when someone does something nice for you, you "pay it forward" by doing something nice for someone else. Hmm what a concept, being nice!

i was @ the laundromat late a couple of days ago, and a much older guy came in to wash a load. when i got ready to leave, i laid a dollars worth of quarters on top his machine to dry his clothes w/. he didn't see me do it though.
