Your A and B blood groups will have no effect on your pregnancy but the fact that your husband is Rh positive and you are Rh negative is significant. Your child may also be Rh positive (but not necessarily). During delivery you may be exposed to your child's Rh positive blood causing you to become sensitized, that is, form antibodies to the Rh factor.
It usually does not impact the first pregnancy. However, during subsequent pregnancies with an Rh positive fetus these antibodies can cross the placenta and destroy the red cells of the fetus. If your first child is found to be Rh positive you will be given a treatment prior to and after delivery that should prevent the development of the antibodies
You can potentially become sensitized to the Rh factor through a previous miscarriage as well.
