The following verse is from the Koran ( the Islamic bible)
Koran 9:11 - For it is written a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; and there was peace.
( note the verse number) Hmmmmmmmmmm?!

ya, I was on the syrian boarder the guest of a ranking offical when I saw that. I have never looked it up. The commander of the FOB said he could not find it in the Koran.

It might be there, but not under that reference. Also, the Koran is not koran 9:11 but named after some event or act in the narrative.

i'm not arabic, not a follower of the koran or the hadith, i'm a christain, a follower of Jesus Christ.

I just would prefer to always be truthful. Those who follow islam deserve our best answers to thier questions. They do not need to be misquoted, or in any way defamed.

The integrity of Jesus rests with us, who are called by his name to represent his holy name, his salvation and to be a beacon of truth.

as for 9:11, use that to call for police, fire or ems. Use non-emergency numbers for other calls not involving life or limb (other than trees).

Prophecies are always interesting -- especially in hind sight.

Whether it means anything or is just a coincidence remains to be seen.
