No, nobody in my family has toes like that. Each toe is a little smaller than the next, from the big toe down.

If the long second toe is due to a long second metatarsal or short first metatarsal, it can cause all kinds of foot stress issues, such as achilles tendinitis, chronic foot pain, sore feet, flat feet, pronated feet, weak ankles, and frequent ankle sprains. This is known as "Morton's Foot."

There are podiatrists who can surgically correct that long, weird ET-finger-looking second toe phenomenon!

My second fingers are longer than my index fingers ... there doesn't seem to be any correlation there. Or ... IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY HANDS?!

Yes, slightly. It's actually a genetic thing - it coincides with your middle finger being longer than your pointer finger, and if you have hair on your finger where the first joint closest to the tip of your finger, and the middle joint (in the middle of your finger between the tip and knuckle).
These are all genetics, predispositioned by your parents, grandparents, and gestation in the womb!
