I have had a D and C to stop my periods from being heavy?

I had it in May. I did not get my period in June but I got it twice in July. The period seems to be worse now then it was before. I am 56 years old and I just wish it would go away already. Shouldn't I be in menopause by now.

poor you periods do suck talk to a gyno or obgyn see if they can offer u some help

if the D&C didn't work, I would talk to your doctor about a hysterectomy
