I polished out my most of my frame and swingarm and its starting to look pretty good. There are a few spots were it almost looks tarnished, whats the best polish to take it off and really make it shine.

Also to finshing my frame i have to get ride of the textured part. If you have a 00 R6 you know what im talking about. Whats the easiest way to get this smooth so i can start to polish it.

I did work up to 2000 on the swingarm and most of the frame. After i got done with that 85 percent looked perfect and there was just a few small spots where it looked tarnished almost, its hard to notice it. I havent really used any polish yet.

The part that the didnt do is the vertical part of the frame. It is textured and would take forever with any sort sandpaper.

start with 600 wet sand paper work your way up to 2000 its a lot of work, it takes time but its worth it when your done polish after...........my zx11 was the same the only way i know is with sand paper it will take some time but like i said it will be worth it for the textured part go with 80-120 to start work your way up finer 220 all the way up to 2000 -2500 each grit will take the scratches out from the other don't give up until that is done then polish after its smooth with no scratches good luck!
