First of all, congratulations on twins! Is this your first pregnancy? I am 19 weeks along and expecting my first around Christmas time.
Unfortunately, morning sickness is sometimes part of the baby bargain. I had severe morning sickness up until 16 weeks (I was advised it would last until 12 weeks), and soon found out that some women get morning sickness right til bubs is born. What I found helpful, is eating something dry in the mornings. I used to have crackers on my bedside table, or get my partner to run and grab me some toast. Then I'd avoid the kitchen, as I felt the smells from there werent helping.
The best thing I can recommend is try the dry foods before you get up method, also ginger crystals or ginger beer is handy. But if none of that works, you'd be best to see your Doctor as sometimes they can prescribe you something for it.
All the best and good luck.

Awww sweetie....... you will feel better after the first trimester. The first three months are the hardest I am sorry to tell you and I am sure are doubly hard for you since you are carrying twins. Congrats on the babies! But I do have a suggestion for you. When you wake up before even getting out of bed, have a few saltine crackers with some flat soda. Even if its warm. Then lay back down for awhile and see if that helps. But I promise you that when the first trimester ends the nausea and vomiting will ease up as well. And then the last trimester you will have so much fun looking forward to peeing your pants. Pregnancy sure is an adventure.

before you get up in the morning pop a Gaviscon in your mouth and let it desolve....that might help and also never let your belly get empty. Gingerale is good to sip also gatorade. banana with peanut butter(protein). I know how you are feeling I have been there 3 times already (18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd) Just know that "This to shall pass" ;0)
and in the end you will have 2 beautiful babies!! Hang in there you'll eventually get over the nausea and you will (believe it or not) be able to enjoy the pregnancy!! My prayers are with you!! Good Luck and GOD BLESS YOU!!

I found that GingerAle helped my nausea more than anything ... and ginger snaps were just as good. I ate small meals and sipped my drinks slowly. Also ... I wore loose clothes, kept myself cool and practiced yoga twice a day.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but when I was pregnant with my son, I had morning sickness for 8 and 1/2 months. Nothing stopped it. You can try hard candy, crackers, cool showers, small meals. I hope it goes away for you. I know how miserable it is.

i know this may sound like an out of left field suggestion, but my stomach really agreed with macaroni and cheese. your stomach will agree with foods like that more than anything else. And it's a little tastier than saltines.

My friend had the same problem. She ate oranges. Try eating something sour. Hope that helps. It helped my friend.
