I'm terribly sorry, but cucumber like the heat. They need it to germinate and to grow. Missouri will get much too cool before they are ready to flower much less produce fruit. You can probably plant peas, sugar snap peas, lettuce, kale, or spinach if you really want to plant something now. I live in Zone 7 and we are much warmer than you and I wouldn't be able to plant cucs now either.

You might be able to get away with it if you have small plants to set out. Maybe get a few small fruits to set. But, if you mean "from seed", no. Not enough time to get up and running before night temperatures become too cool. Cukes need both daytime heat and warm nights to set fruit. That is, you could get them to germinate, but it's doubtful that they would do much before dying in the fall.
