Um Ewwwww........ No you don't have to throw the microwave away. I assume the ramen was in a bowl so throw the bowl away and wipe the interior down(no ammonia or bleach) if that doesn't make you feel better than put a bowl of salt water in the microwave for ten minutes. It'll evaporate and be hot enough to disinfect. Salt is important so it will boil. Bleach and ammonia in the microwave can hurt you later.

Put a bowl of water in there and run it for a few minutes til it's all hot and steamy. Then wipe it out with a disinfectant or a little bleach and water. If you use Lysol or something, make sure you rinse it out good. You could put a lemon wedge or some lemon juice in the bowl of water before heating too. Actually, I don't think it's a big deal, food born mold doesn't usually make people sick unless they are allergic to it.

Clean it. Put a bowl of water with lemon juice and run it for 1-2 minutes. That should make it smell good again. A word of advice, clean your microwave oven after every few use.

You don't need to buy a new Microwave, just buy some strong disinfectant and using gloves if you don't want to come in contact with the mold, clean it out.

I know for a fact that it won't make you sick unless you eat it!

Just clean out the microwave. You can try dilluted vinegar and wipe it out. You don't need to buy a new one.

heat up some water in the micro and clean it out with bleach water. the steam from the HOT water(like in a coffee cup) will loosen any stuck-on food. make a bleach water solution to wipe it down. it should be just fine.
