Well I've been in my middle school for two years now and I haven't played any sports yet (except dance which is out side of my school) I was wondering what kind of sports I should get into. I can shoot well enough for playing basketball but I don't know all the rules and stuff. I want to do cheerleading but I can't do like front flips back flips back hand springs(but I can do a mean kartwheel!), and I think I'm not to skinny enough to become one cause I'm 5'6 and 110 pounds and I have a bubble butt! Anywayz can you give me tips on how I can get better at these two sports that I really want to do? Also can u please tell me how to do flips?

haha uhm i'd do cheer just cuz im dancer myself and you'll most likely be a flyer and my friends in school a lot of them are doing cheer as well. and it sounds like SOO much fun. our school isnt like a really good cheer team lol so like everybody made it. but, nobody was required to do flips either... and flips i cant exactly desricbe to you... how to do them lol. not that easy but get into a tumbling class at your nearest gymnastics gym.

well, when you try out for basketball they dont expect you to know all the rules, ask some of the girls who are already on the team. more than likely they wont hesitete to tell you the basic rules. when i was a cheerleader we werent required to know backflips or anything, but you can get a trainer to help if it is required. there were a lot of dancers on my squad and it's easy to learn the choreography but harder to stay stiff like you should. (muscle memory will help) so make sure u practice everyday ideally in front of a mirror and in front of friends and family so they can give you some "non-proffesional) feedback. also, you're not fat!! there were only two girls on my team about ur weight and that was skinny! it's not about how you look but about having fun and making friends and doing the best you can.

Do cheering, Its alot of fun and it dosen't matter whether you can' do flips, and whether your 'skinny' enough. Not all cheerleaders are skinny....Enroll into tumbling at your local Gymnastics place, and they'll teach you everything.

well i am a cheerleader and i am 5'2 and weigh 125 pounds 110 punds on 5'6 is greattt
u weight is perfect i wish i weighed that much!

Don't go into it expecting to know everything right away! :^) You'll learn what you need to know at practices. So go with what will make you happy.
