A friend of mine played a behavior modification trick on a colleague. Let's call him Dan. Everytime Dan wore a certain tie to work everyone would give him lots of attention and talk to him alot. When he didn't wear the tie they ignored him. Dan soon took to wearing that tie EVERY DAY!! When they asked him about this he said "I just like the tie."

Like give blood.
Or visit an elderly neighbor.
Or make a donation.
Or volunteer in an animal shelter.
Or write a letter to your mom telling her you love her.
You will feel like a million bucks!!!
