My knees go in slightly when i walk. Is there any thing i can do about this. It is really anoying...

1. Try to walk with a book on your head, this should help your posture and overall shaking.
2. Have someone lightly kick you behind your knees in the back, if you quiver a little then that means you r clumsy
3. walk straight a million times try to keep ur posture perfect.
4. if these don't help might wanna ask a doc or somethin

they make equipment for strengthening the muscles in the knees which might just help . some type of huge rubber bands for theraputic exercise you might look into it .
