Father have A+ve and Mother have B-ve of Blood Group.I heard that in this case there is no chance of Pregnancy.Is it TRUE??
Really is there any effect of blood group to become pregnant.Please clarify me about this.
and also plz tell me what is the IMPORTANT of blood group of a FATHER AND MOTHER TO BECOME PREGNANCY??

No that is NOT true. What does happen if mom is neg. and dad is pos. after a birth or a miscarriage rhogam needs to be given to the mom in case the fetus was + and the fetal blood crossed with the mom's blood. When this happens, (which is rare) the mom can create an antibody for a + baby later conceived and the body would fight it off thinking it is a virus or cold, kind of like when the body that fights off chicken pox once you've had the vaccine. HTH!

you can get pregnant regardless of blood type, but if a mother is + and a father is - you will need a shot mid way through the pregnanc so your body does not attack the fetus.

I'm pretty damn sure this is BS. There are certain blood groups who can lead to genetic problems if they have kids, but I thought that was only 2 AB negs
