2x - 3y = -6
2x + 6 = 3y
y = 2x/3 + 2
y = 2
x = -2(3/2)
x = -2
m = 2/3

plot it down wherein y = 2 x = -2

x int = -6/2 or -3
y int = -6/-3 or 2
so plot x int of -3 and y int of 2 and draw a line through

Get the x and y intercepts first.

x intercept -> -6/2 = -3 -> (-3,0)
y intercept -> -6/-3 = 2 -> (0,2)

Plot the points (-3,0) and (0,2) then connect. =)
