Yes there are known all over the united states; people bloc of the streets and have a big party, a lots of music food drinks dance games even s barbecue compitacion. bands plays and sings and they put big speakers in the street and the y.have fun all day long. that was the good old days.

Man in my old area used to have on on Labor Day each year.

I've never heard them on the radio, but I'm sure they're known. I heard a song of theirs on an episode of "Smallville" and it's what turned me on to the band.
