Top Thrill Dragster and Millenium Force cost $25 million each to build and Maverick cost $21 million and they've built all of those in the past 7 years not to mention all their other new rides such as Skyhawk. I'd say they've built over $120 million worth of rides since 2000 so that gives you an idea of what they make in a year to be spending that much on new attractions.

Not sure about what they make in a day, or even a season, but on screamscape, they are reporting Cedar Fair's Q2 results:
Cedar Fair announced their Q2 results this week, claiming 11% increases on a “same park basis”. The figures get a bit confusing however as the comparisons to last year don’t match up due to the inclusion of the newly acquired Paramount Parks to the mix. For example this quarter the parks generated $274 million in revenue with a net income of $5.5 million. Last year, without the Paramount Parks, they reported revenues of $145.4 million with a net income of $11.1 million. Cedar Fair stressed the adjusted EBITDA for the quarter which showed an increase of $47.7 million to $85.8 million, up from just $38.1 million last year. As can be expected, operating costs were much higher this year with the additional parks, going up from $107.3 million in the time frame last year to $188.2 million this quarter. Across the chain however there has been a 5% increase in guest spending, but this is off-set partially by a 3% drop in attendance.
