Some babies just do spit up, mine did and I had to switch to a special formula for babies that spit up. Turns out it really just took time and around 4 months it stopped.

I would cut out the bottle for a day or so and see if that helps. Sounds like she might be getting too much to quickly. The breast milk, a baby has to work for. It doesn't come as easy as a bottle. She may be just taking in too much to fast. Try cutting one out for a while then the other and you decide. If you still spits up a lot then have her checked out by a doctor.

do you feed her formula when you use the bottle. If not, and you are only using your breast milk..then seh is probably swallowing too much air from the bottle (can't fix that)...You can try keeping her in an upright position at least 30 minutes after using the bottle. That might help. If she has violent projectile vomiting then she needs to see a doctor.

Why are you feeding her a bottle, too? She'd be better just having breastmilk. I'm assuming you know this, so I'd say the spitting up is probably because she doesn't digest the formula very well. I'd change formula. If this one is milk-based, try soy.

When I breastfed my son he spit up a lot. Breastfed babies do that. The bottle will put milk out a lot faster than breastfeeding which she could just be taking it in faster than she can drink it.

Try burping her more often, if that doesn't work, she may be allergic to the formula, ask your doctor to recommend a different type. If it's not that, try a different type of bottle.
