North Carolina offenders question..?

I wanted to know if federal and state offenders in North Carolina were required to serve 85% of their time or is it scheduled to be modified to 65% soon? Where would I go at to even try to find out this information?

There is probably some news of that on the North Carolina Bar Association web page. You could also look at your local library for any newspaper articles about it. The reference librarian will be able to find it very quickly for you.
