Democrats are not necessarily socialists, they are strategists but in a deceptive sneaky way. I think that they could really care less whether their socialist appearing programs make it to fruition are not, although it is better for their true intentions if they do. getting votes by promising tax dollars for social or government provided services is the root of the belief they are socialists. just my opinion.

Many of us are old-style Democrats. We do not like socialism, we don't idolize either one of those individuals.

Read the passage on the Socialist Party of America and how it split into three parts, deciding to use the Democratic party as a wing of their party.

They've almost succeeded. Some of us didn't cowardly run to the Republicans when it happened (those who said, "The party left ME!") but instead stayed and fought.

We're still fighting. We refused to fall into political bigotry or give up our patriotism (country ahead of our own ideology).

I don't expect you to be able to pick us out in a crowd, but know that we're here. Cheer us on. Keep fighting socialism.

there are to many who fit that mold, as it is so easy to sit in front of your T,V, and listen to some good looking chick or guy feed you his line of B.S. he is told to feed you by his Zionist boss,who owns the station and probable several more,when it would not be very hard or take much of your time to do a minimum amount of research and find out they are feeding you this crap and laying plans to have you enslaved and your children same as the did to Russia for over 60 years and Germany,until Hitler came along, then you can bet you know what happened as it is on your T,V, AT LEAST 4 TIMES A YEAR, all by your Zionist owned media,

What makes you think we don't know what we stand for? What is wrong with big government. If it's managed well ( not by republicans ) it can help many people. Medicare and Medicaid are Marxist ideas? Helping old people and children get health care is evil? Social security is Marxist? Letting old people enjoy the last years of there lives is evil? You have strange ideas of RIGHT ( far right ) and wrong.

Partially naive -- not really in denial -- they actually want Socialism, because they think Socialism is good.

It's not a matter of being confused or close-minded -- they just think that social programs like that are a good idea. It's a difference of opinion.

And as many countries have made socialism work for them as have collapsed under it -- many European countries are primarily socialist.

Note, I oppose Socialism -- but many people other seem to think it's a good idea. CAVEAT: "they" above refers only to the Democrats who actually do promote socialism -- many Democrats are liberals who oppose socialism.

You are obviously confused. The Democrats are liberal minded and for inclusion. It is the neocons who tend to be more for a totalitarian state. If you knew anything at all you would see the closed mindedness of the conservatives. By definition libeal mind (notice the word liberal) and closed mind (both closed and conservative start with c) coincidence? I think not.
