RFK and Dolphin Stadium would obviously be 1 and 2 because they're NFL stadiums not MLB stadiums.
# 3 - Minute Maid Park in Houston, TX...what an oddly shaped ballpark. What's the deal with the trashpile hump in centerfield....? And the weird archways over the leftfield wall, you can't tell if it's a homerun because almost everything bounces back on the field.
# 4 - Tropicana Field in TB, FL...you know there's something wrong when you have to make different rules for which rafter -ring the ball hits: homerun on one ring, double on another...what a joke! But hey, gotta love the free parking, how else would they get people to come to the games.
# 5 - Yankee Stadium - Looks like a giant urinal from above. Plus I heard their team sucks.

Both New York Stadiums are pretty bad and boring too look at, RFK, Tropicana, and the Hubert H Humphrey Metrodome round out the list!

Hmmm... so many are new that there's very few olde-tyme parks which are real dumps as well.
Tropicana (Tampa Bay) is, well, it's a dog.
Shea (NY Mets) -- nothing memorable, sayonara 2008.
RFK (Washington) -- never been there, but can't think this relic will be missed. Last (finally!!!) of the "giant ashtray" era.
US Cellular (Chicago White Sox) -- never been there either, but I cannot recall one positive thing said about it.
Metrodome (Minnesota) -- it's going away soon, so may as well bash on it. Been there once; felt like a huge lecture hall. The Twins did what they could, but there was just no making the place really warm 'n baseball friendly.
I've never been to whatever-its-called where the Marlins play, but primary-football stadia are never the best environment for a baseball game.

I've been to quite a few ballparks (17) over the years--The Trop being my home field. At first it was horrible but with a lot of improvements, it's become bearable. Unfortunately, the high temp combined with 90%+ humidity, & sudden thunderstorms all summer,it needs to be covered. That being said, here's my 5 that I've been to:
5-- Trop
4-- Dodger
3--Oakland
2--Shea
1--Dolphin- baseball in a football stadium
Haven't been to RFK or Metrodome

If you're talking "all-time" then I would think that Candlestick would be high on the list.
I mean really, where else in the world do you have to bring a big winter coat to an afternoon summer game?
Candlestick.
And where else in the world do you get owned by sea gulls who steal your lunch?
Yeah...Candlestick.
You know, even though it was windy and you had to fight with brave species of sea gulls, atleast the traffic was bad.
