If there smart they wont, it will be either Mccown or Culpeper. either way best they can hope for is 7-9 or 8-8. thats what the traitors will be.

His skills certainly will be tested if he starts for the Raiders now. The Raiders will let Culpepper get beat up this year and hope to have the o-line shored up before next year when they can then feel safe putting in JaMarcus.

With Calvin Johnson signing, it should not be too long before JaMarcus gets to camp, but according to Al Davis, money is not the issue....we will see..

They should play him right away. That way he can get used to being LIGHTS OUT! The more experience he gets being lights out the better. The only down side is that his career will be short. But he will be able to teach the next Raider QB how to go down easily and not have such a short career. I wonder who next years Raider QB will be?

When he gets into camp he will be behind not only in learning the playbook, but also behind DP. He will not start the season, and may be carrying a clipboard and giving signals from the sidelines to the offense as long as DP is playing well for this mediocre team.

Depends if Culpepper plays as the starter in the beginning of the season and depends on his performance as well. Probably mid-season around week 8 or 9 is about when he should be in.

It will be quite awhile. As a rookie, everyday you miss of rookie camp and the initial training camp is like missing an entire week of regular season practice. You cannot make up for lost time. If he doesn't sign soon, he will spend this season on the bench when he does sign.

Well, before he can start anything he needs to sign a contract. Right now the only thing he's starting is a lot of contention within training camp.

At LSU he ran plays that don't work very well in the NFL so he'll share time at QB but he probably won't start. he has talent but He's not ready for the NFL yet.

he needs to sign a contract first but I don't think he'll start right away since they signed Daunte Culpepper and now he is so far behind since he hasn't been in training camp
