My good cholesterol is 64, which was considered to be 4 points above the normal range. In other words, it is excellent because as you probably already know, the good cholesterol helps to scrub the arteries clean of plaque.

I don't want to brag here. I'm just trying to illustrate an idea, so please hang in here with me.

You might want to know that I've eaten gobs of butter for decades. I also eat fried eggs whenever I want (lately fried in coconut oil.)

My cholesterol ratio is 3.1. Anything below 4.0 is considered excellent.

The conventional wisdom is that all that fat would be bad for my prostate...raising my risk of prostate cancer.

My PSA was 0.51. Plus my cholesterol would be through the roof.

Oh yeah, my triglycerides were 89.

The answer is arginine. It's an amino acid. Arginine raises the good cholesterol.

Btw, eggs yolks have lecithin in them which dissolves cholesterol.

Good luck and be well.
