yes, and for some reason all the stupid things i had done pop back into my head and i simply regret slowing down to take a breather. i have to keep racing, keep going....

They tell me, I should...but so far so good without pause.
This is not to say I don't reflect, introspect and prospect.
And I believe Sir Issac Newton would agree with me on this one....an object in motion will stay in motion and an object at rest will stay at rest.
But there is that whole 'unbalanced force' thing which I haven't yet worked out into my equation.
But what I would really like...is to pause all of you...and to gear myself into fast forward.

Yes, I did that today at lunch. I went down to the riverfront and took a little walk. I decided I need to do that more.
