Is it George Bush's fault ? Would you stop spitting on America if one of your communist buddies like John Kerry was telling you how to think ?

I've often wondered why they hate this country so much too. We have our problems, but by comparison we are the greatest nation in the history of this planet. They go beyond talking about problems, and actually hate their own country! They call our great nation imperialists, or Nazis. We are the country that stopped imperialist fascists in their tracks in WWII, and stopped the horror that is communism from spreading (except in our own country where it's taken root quite well at the DNC).
I'm sure there is a good reason why liberalism is synonymous with hatred of the U.S., but I can't think of it.

Dem's don't hate America. They just have a different perspective on how things should be run in America. I guess you might think Dem's hate America because they dislike the current government. The Republicans would hate the way America would run if the Dem's were in power (which they are right now in congress). Careful on judging people, I'm pretty sure you come up to these conclusion based on what you hear on the news. All news stations in the US are biased toward one side of the isle or the other. except maybe publicly funded stations like PBS. Don't really on just one source of news, but on a variety, the reason for this is because the media's main goal is to make money, from whatever way you might look at it.

I am not socialist. I am not communist. I do not spit on this country. John Kerry isn't my "buddie" as I don't know the man. And no one including a drama queen poster tells me how to think.

Why are you calling me a socialist when I am not, and why are you saying I hate my country when I don't? Stop making false accusations about Democrats. You are just repeating what you hear from Coulter and Limbaugh....maybe you should actually talk to a Democrat and you will be proven wrong.

They don't hate America -- they have a different version (or vision) of what is good for America than liberals or conservatives.
Socialists believe that the best thing that can happen to America is everyone being fed, and clothed, and having education and health care -- and that business is regulated and taxed to provide for these social services.
That's their vision of helping America.
Many of us just happen to disagree with that vision.
