Just address it to HONG KONG. The US Post Office site, www.usps.com, lists it as a separate country from China. A regular-sized envelope costs 90 cents per ounce to mail it from here to there.

Hong Kong because that is the actual location.
For example, if you were sending a letter to St Maarten, a Caribbean island that's technically part of the Netherlands (or at least half of the island is), you would address it to St Maarten, not the Netherlands.

Your british BC is the valid one and your mothers and fathers are no longer idiots your fortunate that your dad did capture it or you in basic terms could desire to be interior the chinese language military. seem at this way this is unquestionably a super tale to tell your acquaintances and in case you have young toddlers of your guy or woman. human beings are surprised when I tell them my daughter has a BC from in a foreign country she replaced into born is S.Korea while i replaced into interior the U.S. military, if she desires to get a U.S. BC from a state she would be able to constantly do what Obama did and pass to Hawaii and get a COLB (certificates of stay start) the only distinction is she is an American Citizen and not a S, Korean nationalist or in Obama case a Kenya Nationalist.
