There is no such thing as speed of dark even when there is no light there is darkness.Darkness has no energy unlike light
that is emit ted when energy is present.
There is a formula for light and darkness has none so why bother finding it.

Imagine there is no source of light other than sun to our earth.
The sun's rays take approximately 500 second to reach earth.
We view the sun's rise only after 500 second.
When sun sets in the west, we will continue to see the sun for about 500 second even after the sun has set actually.
That is dark travels with a speed equal to the speed of light but in the opposite direction.
Or
Imagine a single photon crossing a point A.
The instantaneous velocity of light at A is C.
When the photon leaves the point A dark occupies the point.
As one is opposite to the other the instantaneous velocity of dark must be â C.

darkness doesnt really exist. "dark" is just a word that we made up, meaning: the absence of light. its not actually a thing, it has no mass, no velocity, and you cannot measure it. this is a completely ridiculous question. but i'll give you an answer anyway: the speed of darkness would essentially be the same as the speed of light...because the darkness would be just ahead of the light, and just behind it...hope that helps!

Since darkness exists wherever light is not present, the darkness 'moves' at exactly the same speed as the light, just ahead of it, and just behind it.
Of course, the question is ridiculous. Darkness is not a thing; it has no actual velocity.

There can't be such a thing as speed of dark... Darkness is nothing more than the absence of light. But humoring your question... theoretically darkness would travel at the same speed of light cause it instantly replaces the light when the light is removed. :)

Indeterminate (vary between zero to c) ! darkness can refer to an object that does not reflect light like a blackhole...
silly question !!!
