No one mentioned to go to the glass shop! If you take the old screen to a glass shop they will duplicate it for you. You could build your own with a kit from the hardware store, but if you have not done it before it can be frustrating. Get some lemonade and relax while the glass shop makes you one. Oh ya, and send the bill to your brother.
PS: If your brother broke it because he was trying to remove it and it was too tight to come out easily, now is the time to have it made slightly smaller so it works properly.

Hardware stores don't usually sell premade screens. You have to order them to size. However, they are REALLY easy and inexpensive to do yourself. Ask for screen making supplies at your local hardware store, then get yourself some screening, the metal frame material, a hacksaw, and the little roller thingy that you use to push the screen into the grooves. The screening package usually has instructions for putting it all together.

There are places that make custom screens, where they come out and measure the window, and make the new screen on the spot. Look up "screens" in the phone book and pick one.

Many hardware stores will make one for you. They have a shop area where they mainly cut panes of glass for windows, but many stores also will custom make a screen window.

Measure the dimensions and go to a hardware store. If you don't know how to put it in, ask an employee, or, ask here ;)
