I don't do spicey hot foods because I don't like it burning going in or coming out. Learned that lesson years ago.

way hot in. mild out. haha.
i take 3 tums before i eat spicy food. it helps. its not as bad anymore :]. i guess it works because tums is an acid buffer (antacid) so it lessens the effect of the spicy food comin out.
