Soak in a hot bath for a while. Turn the lights off, put some candles and soft music in the bath and just relax. Try taking ibuprofin or motrin,. It really helps.

I'm with you all the way on that. I experience the same thing. I use the sticky heating pads, as well as take Pamprin. It seems to work a little better than Midol. I've heard that hot tea helps, but I've not seen those results. One thing I have noticed is excersize helps relieve some pain. Try doing some Pilates or Yoga (basic stretching) 2-3 times a week. I don't know why - but it seems to help me.

Have you tried Aleve yet? When I had horrible cramps, Aleve was about the only thing that would help.

You may want to talk to your parents about possibly being on the pill. The only thing that has successfully controlled my cramps is the pill. Otherwise, I end up with a few days a month where I just cannot physically function.

Take Ibuprofen (motrin, advil) I want you to take 4. 4 pills. Then if you have some dramamine, take 2 of those. Then get in a warm to hot bath tub.

Go see your dr. They can help you prevent this from happening again.

out of every pill you can take advil is the only one that works really really really well for cramps. take one or two depending on how painful it is. also if you dont exercise regularly you should start to so that when period time comes cramps arent as likely to come

I know this sounds weird- and I know you are only 15- but if your parents will let you, ask them for a shot of alcohol. I am not trying to be like "get drunk! it will make you feel better!!" haha i promise- it really does help me when i am having bad cramps!

take two tylenol, don't eat anything or a little while because it will make u feel bloated..go sit on the couch and watch a scary movie ...after a few minutes you will be too fixed on the movie and u will forget about the cramps and then they will just go away in about a half hour

A warm compress on the stomach sometimes works (hot water bottle or towel) and lay on your side with your knees up.

Lie on your stomach this helps....
Also use a warm compression, whether its a hot towel or bottle filled with warm water, lay it on your abdomen.... THIS HELPS...Just be careful not to burn yourself.
Drink tea....
And, if you use tampons switch to pads... this helps ALOT
