I hope they're safe, most of the ones around here go over the mighty MO river, that would be a bad thing for sure if they weren't.

apparently here in Denver we have about 100 bridges that need immediate attention and about 300 more that need repairs over the next couple years

Yeah they are pretty safe. Have to be because of all the heavy oil field trucks.
