what are they like because i might have one. I have these things on the indside of my mouth that look like i bit my lip but i did not. They show up almost every day

If they are INSIDE your mouth, as you say they are, they are also called Canker sores:

As indicated by the articles in Wikipedia, canker sores may be caused by a form of the herpes virus, but often have other causes; while fever blisters usually are a form of herpes.
There are medications available at the drug store near the mouthwashes to help them heal faster. They usually sting at first, but are helpful. Which kind to get depends on what kind of sore you actually have. I suggest consulting you doctor or dentist to get an accurate initial diagnosis and to discuss treatment options -- prescription and/or over-the-counter.
Lysine is available as a dietary supplement and it is in lip balms, such as Herpecin-L (which I recommend) -- it is well documented to help boost the immune system for quicker recovery, but it does not "cure" the cold sores.

they r small clusters of blisters on the lip. cold sores are caused by herpes simplex virus. that doesnt meen u have herpes but it is a type of herpes but it's not bad almost everyone gets it. they go away by them selves in about 7 to 10 days . but if u want them 2 go away faster there r creams 2 cure them in about 1 to 3 days.
