It costs the same to mail a letter to another state as it does to mail one within your state -- so if it's a one-stamp letter within your state, one stamp'll take it out of state too.

It costs more to mail things to another country. Ouch.

Not in the US. It is the same price. When you mail out of the country, you will need more postage. Then go to the post office to find out how much.

out of state but within the US ... NO ... state to state postage remains constant.. out of the country requires more postage.
