A while back some democrat had a question on yahoo answers with something about how could they get us to trust them more. This morning I saw on the news a new bill for government paid health plan that would pay for illegal's health care & kick out about 2 million American seniors. No more than 2 min later, some dem has the gall to say about the victims of the Min bridge collapse "they were almost victims of the war" & how "we are spending so much $ on the war that we cannot afford to repair the bridges". I don't trust them because of things just like this, exploiting a bad situation, not watching out for seniors & wanting to use my hard earned tax dollars for people that shouldn't even be here. I have no problem with people coming to this country the right way, but not sneaking over the border. Do you trust democrats with your money? your safety? your country? Do you trust democrats, because I don't. I find them repugnant & cannot believe how condescending they are.

After last night's stunt, where the democrats in the House of Representatives cheated on the vote and declared that they had won the vote, then used the gavel to make the cheated vote stand, I do not trust the democrats one bit. It was a disgusting display and thank goodness they changed the vote back. Never in the history of the United States has anyone done such an outright distrustful act. I have lost all trust for what they are doing now - not even abiding by the real vote.

So, FOX is the only biased news. Give me a break. If you truly believe that, you need help. Unfortunately, all news has become biased to increase ratings. As for the general crux of this question, it is right on. What positive news do the democrats have? Why is everything wrong, and what are they going to do that's positive besides pull out of Iraq and raise taxes? Gee, I can't wait to pay for all the dead-beats/illegal aliens and have my country attacked or taken over because it's run by a bunch of pacifists. FYI, when it comes to negative campaigning, the republicans do it better and are more cohesive, so the dems should try something else.

Well, there you go. You'll never trust a Democrat as long as you watch that drivel, because you'll never get the whole story.

I don't believe the health care plan they passed would pay for illegal's health care, and it certainly wouldn't hurt seniors, because it's a program involving children. Sounds like you got hold of some major bullshit from Fox News. No surprise there.

As for the cost of the war and bridges, damn right we have let our own infrastructure crumble while we waste money on a war that we should never have fought. More people should speak up about that. That's not exploiting a bad situation, it's speaking the truth right in front of our faces.

I'll be so glad when the Libs get back in power. Bush will be out and we will not have to put up with Hurricanes, Bridges falling, Wars, Terrorists, Global Warming, Fat Kids, Poor Educations, Droughts, Drugs, Illegals, or any other bad things in life.

Our news media will tell us how great everything is again and we will all be so happy.

People tend to be a "Certain Way"- for a reason. And for the past 7 years, George Bush has been providing Democrats with THAT reason. If you voted for Bush -you have my condolences. But thems the "breaks". When people start making better "choices" - maybe we'll start electing better Presidents. Otherwise- who you "trust" & who you don't- isn't going to matter. You can live WITH the Democrats- or die hating them. It's your spleen. (I'm an Independent- by the way)

I don't trust either Democrats or Republicans. However, the Republican administration will spend nearly $1 Trillion in the Middle East supposedly protecting democracy.

I'd like to see the money diverted to universal health care and education. Instead we have a financial black hole in the Middle East. Vote Green!

I agree with the libertarian...it is the only way to go!! I am sick and tired of the Dems politicizing tragedies though!! Maybe these states should start using our tax money properly and fix the levies and bridges!!!! That is why we have elected state officials!!

You cannot put your faith in just a political party. If we base our opinion of candidates based on their party affiliation, we are no better than the crap that goes on in Washington already.
All news stations show bias to some degree or other. Just look at Conspiracy News Network and tell me they are fair and balanced.

ha...source is Fox news...they only told you half of the story about that health care plan...what a load of crap...the health plan was to be paid for by a tax on cigarettes, not by your hard earned money....it didn't provide healthcare to illegals....it provided healthcare to children....Fox news just chose to say illegals so you would say,"Oh my, I knew the Democrats were evil"...pathetic
