Personally I don't think the two are mutually exclusive.

Take for example Creation and Evolution. The two may seem exclusive as one is about a higher power creating man, and the other is about a simple organism evolving to humans.

However there is a theory that unites these two beliefs, quantum evolution, as it answers the question of:

But what made the first simple organism?

It basically says that something had to have 'observe' and make into reality life. As even though scientists have indeed managed to recreate the primordial ooze that life came from, the ooze only created amino acids, which have an astronomically small probability of forming protein chains, and thus cell tissue.

Besides some of the most scientific men were devout believers in their religion: Newton, Edison, Da Vinci.

Maybe science is just man's way of justifying religion with facts.

I go for both. By understanding "our version" of science, it has only proved relegion. We have papiya papers form the turn of century ( as carbon tested) repeat what was said in the new testement. Although you may study to the infinite degree, more is ahead .

Both. As Einstein once said: "Religion without science is lost, and science without religion is lame."

You need one to have the other. Without religion giving an ordered view of the world, science would never have been created.

Religion can be thought of as morals and principles. Without these morals science would be like a kid with a gun.

Relegion because I just can't believe a big bang created something like earth and the universe.

BOTH. Science explains the "how" of something and Religion explains the "why" of it.

For example, in the Book of Genesis, it says that God created man from the dust of the earth, but it doesn't say "how" God did it.

On the other hand, Science can tell you all the physical and emotional changes associated with love, but it cannot tell you "why" people love.

Science, because it works. Science gave us cars, computers, DNA sequencing machines, and radio telescopes, all of which are profoundly useful.

Consider what comparably useful objects religion has produced. I'll be surprised if you can come up with a single one.

God is energy and and energy is everything and is everywhere. "GOD", as most call it, is indeed responsible for the creation of everything. Science is simply a tool to understand how things work, and is never, ever 100% accurate but it does work!!!

i go for religion as in God.but there isn,t anything wrong with science but evolution is a religion not science. evolution has not been proven and u have to believe that a big bang happend and all life started from rain on a rock billions of years ago.id rather believe that we were created by God 6,000 years ago and by believing on his son I have eternal life.
